Asha Aziza Peterson is the Founder and CEO of Collaborative Shared Technologies LLC®, a Woman-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Minority-Owned professional services firm headquartered in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. With 24 years of Knowledge Management experience since 2002, Asha helps organizations improve performance through Knowledge Management modernization, AI readiness, Enterprise Intelligence™, Information Governance, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint modernization, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.

A retired U.S. Air Force veteran, Asha is also the founder of the KnowledgeRoots™ Media Center, a platform dedicated to advancing knowledge management, organizational learning, and AI-enabled business transformation. She is the creator of several proprietary frameworks, including Knowledge Debt™, Enterprise Intelligence™, and the KnowledgeRoots™ Enterprise Intelligence Architecture™.
