Sharon Manker, M.Ed. is an award-winning supply chain and procurement executive, entrepreneur, educator, and community leader with more than 20 years of experience driving transformational business results across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She has a strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier engagement, procurement optimization, leadership development, and business growth, and is passionate about empowering individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations to achieve sustainable success.

As Founder & CEO of The Manker Group and Founder & Fractional CPO of SourceWorthy™, Sharon helps small businesses and growing organizations strengthen operational performance, build scalable procurement strategies, and position themselves for long-term growth. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty at the Fox School of Business at Temple University, where she teaches sourcing and procurement, helping prepare the next generation of business leaders.

Beyond her professional work, Sharon is an elected official serving Philadelphia's Ward 10, District 4, and is deeply committed to civic engagement, economic empowerment, and community advocacy.
